Meet Our Founder
Allison Rothman
From her extensive background working directly with and acting as outside counsel for the world’s largest fashion, luxury goods, jewelry, and entertainment brands in order to protect their intellectual property rights, the expansion of Allison’s practice into esports, gaming, and digital entertainment was not an obvious one. However, Allison took her seasoned intellectual property background and turned it into a mechanism to fight for rights holders of all types to strategically secure, monetize, and enforce their positions within their respective industries. Allison’s practice hinges on being at the forefront of new media, placing a heavy focus on technology and innovation and their implications on IP owners. Further, she prides herself on thinking outside the box and taking a "big picture" approach to all things IP. She is passionate about educating others and advocating for proper representation to support a creator's most valuable asset - intellectual property.
